Power of Attorney Notarization in New York

A Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that grants someone the authority to act on your behalf in legal, financial, or medical matters. In New York, eligible POA forms can be notarized remotely through a secure, legally compliant Remote Online Notarization (RON) session.

  • Parental Power of Attorney
  • Real Estate Power of Attorney (excluding mortgage closings)

We do not provide the document or legal advice — all POA forms must be completed before the session begins.
